Kerek Mail Sorter is a private tool made for the personal use of the owner of kerek.nl and members of the owner's household. Each user connects only their own mailbox. It is not a public or commercial service, and nobody else is authorised to use it.
The tool is provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind. There is no guarantee of availability or continuity, and it may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tool, including loss of data or messages. Messages moved to the Gmail trash remain recoverable there for the period Google keeps them.
The tool connects to Google (Gmail), whose own terms and privacy policy apply. How Google data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
